I am delighted to present this workshop with Dr Barbara Foley PhD. A teacher and mentor too many California based therapists. A practicing yoga student with a wealth of therapeutic experience and knowledge will provide great tools and safe experiences to gently breakthrough any resistance we have held on to for far too long. I am confident that this workshop will help to realize our inner truth with love and communication.

Dr Barbara Foley earned her Ph.D. in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and has been in private practice in Santa Monica for 15 years. In addition to Depth Psychology, Barbara specializes in Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP), a modality that balances the body and mind so the soul can be felt. Currently, she is working on a book about the importance of breath, it's basis in current neuroscience, and the way breath is practiced in different cultures. In American culture, for example, stress is faciltiated by too much shallow breath. Barbara's practice focuses on balancing that shallow breath with a deeper breath and a deeper awareness of how to use this valuable tool.
