What is the meaning of the word Svaha?
Svaha is the wife of Shiva in His manifestation as Agni (fire).
The Sanskrit word means an 'offering'. The inner Self that is called "Sva" and "Ha" meaning sacrifice.
When you sacrifice your little ego-self, the Self comes out.
Svaha yoga is where you offer the sacrifice of your so-called egocentric self.
